Research has proven that working out with a partner or a buddy significantly improves ones chances of sticking with their goals.  Benefits of working out with a partner includes: increased commitment, push yourself harder, gain a competitive edge, mood boost, diversity in workouts, support and accountability.  Adaptation Training exercise programs for couples and small groups are closely monitored so that exercises can be modified ensuring goals of each individual is attainable even in a couples or group setting.
